No units sold at first auction for luxury properties seized in S$3b money laundering case

None of the seven properties linked to Singapore's S$3 billion money laundering case were sold at auction today. Four did not attract bids, while offers for the other three were below the minimum acceptable prices. The seven properties, with guide prices ranging from S$3.7 million to S$11.5 million, are among the first properties forfeited in the case to go under the hammer. More properties forfeited are set to go under the hammer next Wednesday. They include eight residential units and a four-storey factory, with guide prices ranging from about S$3.6 million to more than S$25 million. Sabrina
