Republican on Ramaswamy ad: 'This may have sealed the deal' for Acton

Texas state Rep. Dade Phelan didn't mince words when reacting to an incendiary new campaign ad targeting Amy Acton. In an interview with Erin Burnett, the Republican lawmaker called the spot a total misfire, warning it was "a Hail Mary that landed in the end zone" and might backfire completely on everyone down-ballot.
