New art exhibition to shine spotlight on invasive weed driving out native species

A wet winter across parts of central Australia has seen the invasive weed buffel grass blanket the region. In response to concerns about its spread, a group of Indigenous artists are pulping the weed and turning it into art. An exhibition of their work comes as the National Biosecurity Council weighs whether to declare buffel grass a weed of national significance.
