The campaign of Ohio Republican governor nominee Vivek Ramaswamy said it would launch a $4 million ad campaign featuring a controversial video of his Democratic opponent’s estranged mom after it went viral online. The video – which was shared widely on social media, including by the president’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr. – has roiled the gubernatorial race by bringing the issue of Democratic nominee Amy Acton’s past abuse to the forefront.
