The International Energy Agency is meeting later today in Brussels to iron out details of a G7 proposal to release 100 million barrels of diesel and crude oil to ease a global supply crunch. The price of diesel has surged to record highs this year, amid disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz and Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries. Mr Nikhil Bhandari, managing director and co-head of APAC Natural Resources and Clean Energy Research at Goldman Sachs, shared more about refining crude and oil exports.
