What Morocco's first female premier means for the Arab world

Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri's appointment makes her Morocco's first female head of government and one of only a handful of women to have reached the top executive office in the Arab world. Her rise follows an election victory for her Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) and opens a new chapter in Moroccan politics.
