John Nichol knows what it feels like to eject from a fighter jet. His plane went down over Iraq during the Gulf War. After two RAF pilots were forced to eject from a training aircraft over Pencarnisiog, Nichol tells Sky's Mark Austin what it feels like to be thrown out of the plane and escape death.
