Hong Kong has laid out its first-ever five-year blueprint for growth through to 2030. Integration with the mainland, innovation and technology, and a mega project — the Northern Metropolis — are at the heart of the city's next chapter. Mr Lee added that the chief executive will have to report to Beijing on progress every year. Jeraldine Yap reports.
