Newcastle crash: Alleged driver refused bail, four discharged from hospital

The alleged driver in the Newcastle Knights parade car crash has been refused bail as he faces nine charges of dangerous and negligent driving. 18-year-old Indika Bambrick Samarasinghe is accused of plunging a car into a crowd and injuring 10 people in Newcastle.
