Stand-off over contested Orange Order loyalty march in Northern Ireland

A stand-off over a contested road in Portadown, Northern Ireland, is continuing after talks between Garvaghy Road residents and the Orange Order broke down on Thursday evening. Residents have launched a fresh legal challenge to try to block the march from going through their community, with a court hearing originally set for Friday postponed until Monday to allow more time for a possible compromise.
