Jill Biden, Health Minister Ong Ye Kung on what the US can learn from Singapore on healthcare

At the Milken Institute Asia Summit in Singapore, former US First Lady Dr Jill Biden and Singapore Health Minister Ong Ye Kung spoke about the future of health, healthcare and women's health in particular. Dr Biden is the chair of the Milken Institute Women's Health Network.
